Easy Collard Greens
8ozfresh collard greens
1tablespoonolive oil
2clovesgarlicminced
Pinchof salt
Pinchof red pepper flakes
Lemon juiceto serve
Instructions
Cut the thick ribs out of each collard green, then slice each of them thinly.
Place a large pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Once warm, add the collard greens and cook them for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the garlic, salt and red pepper flakes and stir to combine. Cook for one more minute, then remove the pan from the heat.
Serve warm or let cool and store in a container. Sprinkle with lemon juice and enjoy!
