4cupshazelnut milk
4ozdark chocolatechopped
1tablespooncocoa powder
1tablespoonsugar
¼teaspooncayenne pepper
2tablespoonshazelnutstoasted

Instructions
Put the dark chocolate with some hazelnut milk in a small pot and warm over medium heat.
Stir frequently so that the chocolate can melt without burning!
Add the remaining hazelnut milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and cayenne pepper. Whisk until well combined, then bring the mixture almost to a boil.
Remove from the heat and let the hazelnut hot chocolate sit for a few minutes. Adjust to taste preferences by adding more cocoa, sugar, or cayenne pepper.
Divide between mugs and garnish with marshmallows, cinnamon sticks, and toasted hazelnuts! Enjoy.
