- 1 thin pizza crust or flatbread
- ¼-½ cup marinara sauce
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 4-6 olives sliced
- 1 roasted red pepper sliced
- Fresh basil
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Build your pizza by spreading the crust with marinara sauce and layer it with your prepared toppings.
Place in the oven on the center rack and bake for 15 minutes or until crispy on the edges.
Remove and top with fresh basil and vegan parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
