Make this colorful vegan fruit salad for a delicious summer snack, BBQ, potluck or even breakfast! It’s so easy and good for you.

Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 2 kiwi
  • ½ grapefruit
  • 1 banana
  • 2 figs
  • 3 cups mixed berries
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  • Slice the mango in half and remove the pit. Cut the flesh into cubes without cutting through the peel.
  • Half or chop the kiwi and slice the banana.
  • Cut grapefruit into slices and quarter the figs.
  • Wash and dry the mixed berries.
  • Arrange everything nicely on a large plate or bowl and drizzle with lime juice. Decorate with mint leaves and serve!

Notes

  • Other add-ins include pineapple, apple, pear, mandarin oranges, grapes and crunchy nuts!
  • Feel free to drizzle with maple syrup if you want your fruit salad to be sweeter.
